1. The hairy crab is one of China's renowned delicacies, primarily popular in Shanghai and Jiangsu. As a seasonal product, it is only available from mid-September to Chinese New Year.
2. Preservation method: Please put it in the fresh-keeping cabinet of the refrigerator and cover it with a damp towel. Do NOT put crabs into water. Crabs will die in water without aeration! Within four hours of receiving the goods, the dead crab will be compensated.
3. The crab set includes: cooking condiments (crab vinegar + ginger tea + perilla leaves), utensils (scissors + spoons).
